PROACTIVE DISCLOSURE

Proactive Disclosure - that is the term that was used to describe the posting on the internet of expenses by politicians and their staff, a practise implemented in Canada by the previous Liberal government and carried over by Canada's New Conservative government...except for Labour Minister Jean-Pierre Blackburn who didn't get the memo and racked up another $150k in travel expenses and didn't make them public...oops.
