Is Tony Clement going to replace John Baird?

I noticed on Canada a.m. this morning that Tony Clement was out stumping on the Tory Green Scam in place of Envoronment Minister John Baird. Vould it be that Mr. Harper is going to change his second ineffective Environment Minister? Hmmn.
