Take that Wisconsin!!!

I was in Vermont yesterday and came accross the following link that describes Vermont as having the best cheeses in the USA.

Now whatever will Packers' fans wear on their heads, now that they have to hang their heads in shame?

Cabot habanero is excellent. Also just discovered Lakes End Cheese in Alburgh, Vermont - great 1/2 goat milk, 1/2 cow milk cheese. Next time you're there, pick some up ! There are so many Vermont cheese makers that The Vermont Brew pub and Cafe Leung in Burlington sell Vermont cheese sampler plates.

Thanks. I really like the Cabot cheeses and will have to check out Cafe Leung next time I'm in Burlington. I also really like the Shelburne farms cheddars.

You know what is really good, is Cabot sour cream. I think it's the best in N. Am and seeing as the rest of the world doesn't really do sour cream, but more like random offshots like creme fraiche, I think that it is fair to give Cabot sour cream the numero uno best world wide.

How are you doing pumpernickel? We miss you down here in DC.
