According to CP wire story, the Speaker of the House of Commons issued a rare warrant compelling Karlheinz Schreiber to appear at a Parliamentary committee hearing Thursday to discuss his business dealings with Brian Mulroney. But he’s getting no help from Justice Minister Rob Nicholson.
