With 99 percent of the ballots counted, the Yulia Tymoshenko/Our Ukraine has 45% of the vote compared to 39.5% for the combined Yanukovych/Communist coalition. This really increases the importance of the 3.95% for the Lytvyn bloc.
As Jean Chretien said in 1993,"fasten your seat belts it's gonna be one hell of a ride."
